I am not sure if is just this program/some/all, but one should not have to go through registry to remove old version after updating.
I like how this program is already in right click menu on a movie file. B/c otherwise it would be a pain in the rear. Why do the .dll have to be in the same dir. as the app. I should be able to copy app, or make shortcut to another folder. Instead of going into program files or moving the whole folder. Also when installing file, it says missing rundll32, or something to that effect. Although program works fine when using sub menu on a file.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

There's a portable version of MediaInfo you can just download, unzip and run. Is that what you're using? It'll offer to add a MediaInfo shortcut to the right click menu the first time you run it. The Options/Preferences menu lets you remove the menu item or restore it again.
To be honest I don't understand the "dll have to be in the same dir. as the app" problem. Why do you need to move the program files folder around?
You can create a shortcut to MediaInfo.exe and put it in the Windows SendTo folder if need be. Then you can right click on any file and select SendTo/MediaInfo.
Rundll32.exe is a Windows system file. For XP it lives in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder.
