    Hello All,
    I have some website videos (mp4 format) that were added for customers to view for help. They play fine in Windows PC but will not play on any MAC computers, any thoughts on an easy way to correct this? Thanks in advance.

    Can you post the details from the mp4? Use mediainfo, open mp4, view->text and copy everything.


    Or just use VLC Media player for mac. It plays everything.

    Or are you trying to play them from the browser(Safari)? With html5 video tags or flash?

    thanks for the quick replies, I have figured out that Safari is the problem, it seems to be the only bowser with an issue.

    safari was blocking due to a password protect issue, it has now been resolved.
