Okay. I'm making screenshots and adding credits for my VCD of
[]\[]ine []nch []/[]ails videos.

When I make a snapshot of a video in MPG2VCR it saves this as a 100 pixel/inch 352x240 BMP image. I open it in Photo Impact and add some commentary describing the video, I save it. Then I put it in my Adobe Photo Delux and save it as a JPEG so I can put it in the VCD. I put it in Nero above its corresponding video. I hit play in Nero and it shows me the picture.. But the JPEG result is really kinda crappy it has pixel fuzz in it around the letters... Can I make the picture a higher bitrate like say 250kb without the image being so big that it goes off the edges of my TV? I don't change the display size it stays at 352x240. But I'm worried that if I try to increase resolution the picture will not be centered on my TV screen the way I want it to be.
