    I have a 1080p movie with sub and a 720p movie with sub also the problem is the 1080p sub is Italian but and the 720p sub is english there are no srt files so i was wandering if i can get the subtitle of the 720p and use it on the 1080p please help!

    Use a demultiplexer to try get the subtitle from the file. Like gmkvextractgui for mkv files.

    He might as well just load both files into MKVToolNix GUI and deselect all the 720p components except the subtitles.

    Yep! That's the way I do it when necessary.
