AAC can be 6ch audio and there's nothing to extract unless it's inside a container such as MP4 or MKV etc. You could convert it to another format, but what are you trying to do?

I want the 6 channels. Such as Center for Dialogue Only & the Channel for Sound Effects only etc

You know how to extract it from what? Would it really hurt to provide a little more info? Well... any info at all?
AC3 is an audio type that can be put in lots of different containers such as TS, M2tS, MKV, MP4, AVI etc.
AAC is no different. You'd extract it with the same tools according to the container type. One of the few places you'll find AC3 but not AAC is in DVD vob files, but they're both just audio streams.
