    I have a copy of jurassic park 3, it is a DiVX avi file but when I downloaded it I noticed the letters VBR were there too. I cannot open this file in any player and tmpgenc will not open it either.Can anyone tell what I have here and what are my options.

    Sounds like a missing codec if you can't play it on your system. Have you tried one of the recommended codec packs available on this website/

    Well I dont usually have any probs playing anything, having said that I will try anything after such a long download.
