Merge MKV video and audio

I have two files both MKV, one contains both video and audio in 5.1 the other is just audio 7.1. Please suggest a program to merge the former video with the latter 7.1 audio and delete the former 5.1 audio. Thanks

MKVToolnix should be able to do this.
