I gave someone an app but they can't run it because a file is not copied to the correct location.
eg, on my win7 laptop, there is a system32 and syswow64 folder. if i copy the file to the system32 folder the app will not run. but if i copy it to the syswow64 folder, the app runs. But something must be different for windows 10 that i did not account for since i don't have windows 10. now I see why i need to get a laptop for windows 10 -- as a developer slowly moving forward, i need all operating systems. Anway, below is example layout.
windows 7 and 8/8.1
winXP/7/8/8.1 win32bit is system32
win7/win64bit is syswow64
what is the its name for windows 10 for 32bit and 64bit ?

It's the same as Win7. In case you're not aware: With 32 bit Windows there is only System32. With 64 bit Windows there is System32 for 64 bit software, SysWOW64 for 32 bit software.

'System32' and 'SysWOW64', at least on my laptop upgraded to W10. Both are in the Windows folder.
