Capturing a Video from the Internet advice

Im trying to capture a video on a website, here is the link,

Ideally id like to download it so I can put it onto my iPad...., I have tried using a plug in in FIREFOX called "Foxyspider" but all that does is download a Thumbnail Jpeg.

Any help is most appreciated....

Iam lost. I don't understan why you use youtube dl and rtmp.. When i run youtbe dl exe a quick flas cmd windows has message " you must provide at leat one url. how can i povide an url if it won't stay open?
