  1. The video file i'm trying to play is a MOV file from my smartphone lg g3.
I can hear the voice but see black no video.
I tried to install the this package: https://www.videohelp.com/download/VirtualdubPluginPack2.zip

    But it didn't help.

Do i must to convert this mov files to avi ? Or there is a solution to make it play on virtualdub ?
And maybe there is another good program like virtualdub for free or with trial ?

What i need in general is to cut part from the video and in virtualdub is very easy. But if there is another good program that work with MOV files i don't mind to try it either.

I forgot to mention that i'm using windows 8.1 pro 64bit
