  1. I want to run like 5 seconds of a video in the ending of a video (for a youtube channel) when you see the subscribe button and 1 or 2 other clickable videos.
    Something like this:

I would like to add a border, a white border for example, on those 2 screens where the video play at a smaller size. The problem is the effect is applied to the entire screen and not only to that part after resizing. I don't know what to do to do this.

This is how I want it to look:

When resizing on Vegas it's just a mess. I always liked the more simple approach of Camtasia. When I drop an effect it has an impact on the entire workspace and not on the actual visible smaller screen... help.

  2. Any ideas in how to do this?

Do i have to resize the video with virtualdub (the actual resolution) because this can't be done in Vegas?

  3. You can resize with event/pan crop

Although vegas has a "border" effect - you don't have to create a "border" with an effect - another way is to place the resized layer on top of another layer.
