[SOLVED] Why can't I download this video from Vimeo?

I tried different tools (Privoxy, URLSnooper 2, TubeMaster++, Freemake Video Downloader) to download the following video, all to no avail:

Any idea what else I could try?

Thanks. I didn't notice that video could be downloaded. Worked OK.

I also tried the token URL by pasting it in Freemake Video Downloader, but still no go: "Play the video you want to download in your browser". If that happens again for a video that has no Download button, which downloader should I try?

Use youtube -dl

Command promt
Change directory to youtube dl directory
Looks like CD C:\Users\username\youtube-dl
space youtube-dl.exe
space url

I downloaded it using above
