Is there a forum out there for professional video streaming and broadcast?

Something like stackexchange or videohelp.com but aimed at a pro crowd?

I want to exchange experiences from the work field. For example, I want to know from other broadcast professionals is a Panasonic Switcher model AV-HS400 has a good enough chroma keyer. I want to exchange ideas on how to create editing and post-production workflows, etc.

Creativecow is very good for artists and editors, but their technical broadcast and video engineering forums are not very active.
