BATCH to create .avs files

please I need to do a batch file that do this:

I drag and drop in the batchFile-icon of the windows desktop a folder and the batch recognize all .mxf and all .mp4 files contained in that folder and in subfolders, and create for each .mxf and .mp4 file a correspondant filename .avs

For example I have:

v:\cats

that have C0001.MXF and C0002.MXF and sun.mp4

The batch have to create in the same v:\cats folder a file .avs file (empty for the moment) called C0001.avs C0002.avs sun.avs

this also for all subdirectory of v:\cats

How can I do?
