    Hi All,
    A friend has a Magnavox MWD200Fand I want to put some movies onto a DVD-RW for her. Problem is, most of the movies I have are .mp4, .mkv etc. and lately I cant get AVI2DVD or AVStoDVD to work so I was going to try Format Factory to convert .avi and burn that to DVD--RW, any idea if the Magnavox MWD200F will play a .avi or other file type? The manual lists the various DVD formats it reads but no list of file types. Thanks.

    There is your answer. It only plays DVD video discs, not video files on DVD.
