where did metv go ?

A few weeks or so i learned, that metv was replaced by H&I (Heroes and Icons) network without any warning. They are airing Hill street blue and nypd blue and a few other shows all day. And this channel is horrible, with so much syning issues with audio.

So I am missing Svengoolie on saturdays. I searched around but could not find any info on where metv went. But my directv is still showing the channel 43 WZME.

I'm still getting MeTV in my area. Watched the Sci-Fi Saturday lineup just last night.

I'm not sure if this explains the situation with my directv provider.

It's a secondary sub-channel on OTA, also available on Comcast.

Various providers are free to shift it around or eliminate it altogether, call or write your provider and complain. If enough do this, they will bring it back, if not, then, bye-bye.
