How can I get Streaming URL from UStream/or webpages, to play on a VU+ Duo2

Hi, am trying to get the actual Streaming URL of this UStream live TV station, and am completely lost on how to go about it.

The TV station is streaming on another website, but this is the address I use to get to it, as its actually hosted by UStream.
Site that has UStream video is http://www.kenyamoja.com/tv/ntv-live/.

Real USTream address is http://www.ustream.tv/channel/20862065

Now once I get the actual URL I can add it to my VU+ Satellite box, and view the above channel as a normal TV Station with rest of my UK / IRe channels.

Please advise how to go about this, as I would like to get the URL's for several TV Stations on the above page.

just stream it with livestreamer to vu+ box /hdd
and watch it as it streams from there

change Vusolo2 to whatever is named in
/etc/hostname

livestreamer "http://www.ustream.tv/channel/ntvkenyalive" best -o \\Vusolo2\harddisk\movie\kenya.flv
