    I am looking to convert multiple videos into same resolution, audio etc for joining & editing. All are HD videos but some needs video resolution changes to match everything perfectly. Handbrake or Avidemux will not let me accomplish what I want to do with video resolution changes. Are there any alternatives out there ? & most importantly Id like Custom File Sizes

    Pretty sure VidCoder will let you upscale, it's just a different GUI for Handbrake.
