Playing video with 2 audio tracks simultaneously

I have movies with 2 audio tracks on different languages. When i have tried to play it with lister plugin of total commander, i have had playback video with both auditracks simultaneously (with small delay of second). I usually play video with kmplayer, when i can't find the way such mixing of audio tracks, just selecting of one of available. So the question - is there a way to play video in kmplayer (or other popular video player program) with simultaneously playng both audio tracks? Maybe some special codec or something like it. It will be usefull for studing languages. Especially with the possibility to setting up time of delay for the the first or the second playing audio track

Or even better - send first audio track sound to front speakers and second - to rear speakers. Is it possible? Maybe with avisynth
