Using SnagIt on MacbookPro, recorded my screen, with my voice through a mic. The resulting MP4 file plays perfectly in SnagIT's viewer and in QuickTime. However, if the video is opened through a browser, no sound. MediaInfo report is in the image below.

This is a major hassle, because I need these videos for my clients.

Do I need different computer? Difference video recorder?

Maybe because of 2 audio streams. Try remove one with a multiplexer like mp4box or some gui for it like Snagit.

Or reconvert the audio to one AAC audio track.

Snagit has a way to remove one of the audio streams?

What software will reconvert the audio?

I cannot use this procedure for routine video making. Too time consuming.

Isn't this a bug in Snagit?

I don't use Snagit so I have no idea. But check all SETTINGS...

Or maybe it creates one audio track for mic audio and one for computer audio?
