It's just a horizontal menu.

Pretty pointless if you only have access to a single server ie one host.

But say you have some movies on youtube and some on another service, the button can just link to another page on your site where you program the specific links.

I suspect he wants the html code for that linking. If that is so then he can google html link code for samples.

^^ Yeah. Html plus css. Throw in a little javascript in as well.

There are plenty of sites that have free menus and you just tweak them to suit. I am no programme and that is how I build my web pages.

In fact, he could look at the html source of the site where that image came from to get an idea of how it works.

Actually, you asked for a 'server button'

It seems that you simply want a html link. Hosting sites provide the link or if you are hosting (bad idea due to bandwidth issues) you create your own link from the web-server. You just write your code around it.

It also seems you know zilch about web-programming. Better to learn first and do later.

Or look at other sites and see how they do it. I am not here to write the entire page for you.
