Hello,
using the Avermedia U3 I have a prefectly smooth live-preview when I set my GTX970 to 59Hz. If I set it to 60Hz it's smooth as well, but there is a short stutter every 5-10 seconds. I don't want to record the input but use it for (Moonlight/ Nvidia - gamestreaming).
So the preview on my GTX970/ monitor @59Hz is 100% perfectly smooth, but streaming is horrible, as it expects 60Hz I guess.
It doesn't matter if I use VLC, PotPlayer, Recentral, OBS ...
Is there a filter/ renderer/ plugin of any kind which converts 59Hz to 60Hz in realtime, so I can set my GTX970 to 60Hz ?
Other ideas ?
thanks in advance
