Hi,
I have a problem.Ive downloaded a divx file and tried to convert it using TMPEGnc.I am not sure of alot of the settings but new it wanted to be pal.The file has encoded properly and is a very good quality but when i play it through media player then movie plays first then when thats finished the audio of the movie starts. This has made the file twice as big.Can anybody help me to blend the two together.I am sure its something i have done wrong but dont know what?.The original divx is in sync but not the encoded mpeg.
Please help.![]()

maureen,
you can encode the audio and video seperately and then use TMPGEnc's built in Multiplexor to join them together.[/list]Mike of DHI Music Group

thanks for the reply xeromark.
Im sorry but youll have to be allot more specific for me to understand or maybe even a walk through.I only downloaded TMPGEnc the other day and previously used nero which was simple to use and no settings but i was told i would get better results with TMPGEnc.
Hears hoping somebody can help. -
what type of application are you planning on using this video for? your home dvd player? or just your computer?
