    I am trying to determine if Adobe Elements Premiere 13 version can edit and output 4k videos


    If it does is the new higher priced Premiere 14 is worth the premium price over last years ver 13

    Yes you can edit 4k videos but on 1080p(1K) timeline
    In short answer you cannot output true 4k videos on Adobe Premiere Elements 13
