    1 -I used a wonderful free VPN (and portable) named "psiphon3.exe"

    2- the download page not working but forum and key is ok
    3- for download you can using the "Download mirror Download3k EU is working " of "Sum_Guy" http://www.download3k.com/Install-MakeMKV.html
