    Hi
    I installed the lastest version of VOB2MPG (3.2.200 (December 13, 2010) on Windows 8.1 and upon launching after reboot i get Xenocode Virtual Appliance Rutime.

    Is this mean that VOB2MPG is not Windows 8 compatible? If not why this error messgae?

    it might work on 8 but not 8.1 or later. the company that made xenocode closed shop before 8.1 came out. it's no longer supported and the creator of vob2mpg stopped answering questions a couple years ago. afaik.
