Wonderfox HD Video Converter Factory Pro question

Hello there. First time when I installed it, and regged it, I created some custom output format profiles which I cannot delete now. I've uninstalled/reinstalled app, wiped everything related to it, including User/Appdata locations and whole registry, old program folders (if any are left after uninstall), and after reinstallation it always shows me that 2 custom formats... Does somebody have any experience with this? I'd like to be able to fully reset the settings in this program including custom output formats...

Hey.I'm using the software now.Maybe I can help. Open Indexing Options by clicking the Start button>type HD Video Converter...,show the folder>click the HD Video Converter...Folder>Find the file named User>delete it.>Done! I've tried many times.It works.

I deleted whole folder in My Documents, reinstalled the app and it worked. It seems that I overlooked deleting that folder together with other folders and registry entries... Similar solution is that what Person_J suggested me (deleting that User file in Wonderfox's folder in My Documents), and I'd like to thank him again for help.
