should I have to change my graphic card?

hello,
I have laptop of dell i7 4510U CPU @2.00GHZ 2.60GHZ 16GB 64bit , graphic card intel 4400.
i know this graphic card isn't enough for edit video and when I tried use in premiere it took time to render.
I saw other laptop so I don't know if to sell it and buy same computer with graphic card of NVIDIA GeForce 920M (4GB DDR3),
it will make the change?

IMO CPU and memory is more important than the GPU since not all programs make use of that in video encoding.

It may help if you gave more details of your encoding workflow. The source format, the destination format. Run length etc. Encoding does take time regardless.

i use in 5d mark iii so it give me format video of mov. i do short videos like 5-6 minutes of clip but when I use in premiere and put like a short video of 10 seconds it takes 8-10 minutes to render it.

Will another GPU speed that up significantly ?. No

There seems to be another issue here and we do not have sufficient details. Background programs etc. running.

BTW your mov is just the container. Your video could be mpeg2 or avc (h.264). And we still do not know your destination format. Mov then could mean quicktime and that could be the bottle-neck. We just do not know right now.

Well any form of filtering will slow down encoding.

Don't know anything about Magic Bullet but it's price tag suggests it is aimed for pros who would have fairly powerful systems.

Yes, in many cases, doing real video work on a laptop is a pain.

From what I've read elsewhere Magic Bullet is very slow.
