Newbie looking for help with Corel VideoStudio Pro 8

Hi this is my first post here and I'm trying to help my 11 year old daughter use Corel Video Studio Pro 8. She's watched lots of videos and figured out most of the answers but there are still a few things that she is having a hard time doing. I'll list them here and maybe somebody can point us in the right direction as to how to use the program a little better.

She's trying to do something like what this person does: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YA1J-raGinQ How do you get the intro automated and with a clickable "subscribe" video? In the outro at the end how do you get that automated with the clickable "subscribe" button and to start playing the next video and show a clip of it on the screen?

Next question is how do you put a static picture in the corner of the video while it's playing. Similar to how news broadcasters do? I think it's called overlays but I'm not certain. We might be searching the wrong term to figure out how to do this.

How do you use a green screen/chroma screen to have a static picture come up as the background. Like say a picture of Disney?

What are the best programs to use for making thumbnails on Youtube?

What is the best place to get additional music clips, not copyrighted?

What is the best clip on or wireless mic to use for Youtube clips? She is using a Canon Vixia HF G20 to shoot the footage.

If you can give any advice for a new user, tips, tricks or answer any of the above questions, that would be awesome.
