is there a way to boost or increase premiere performance with a ram disk?

is there a tutorial about how boost or increase premiere cc 2015 performance with a ram disk ?

i know it uses video card and cpu , but with a good amount of ram ,like 32Gb or 64Gb , is there a way to boost or increase its performance?

Premiere is already very good at utilizing system resources. Any RAM you try to utilize as storage is just going to remove that much RAM for processing.

add a couple SSDs

And/or RAID0 or 1+0 system (if you are using higher bitrate codecs, inc. Lossless & Uncompressed & RAW, esp. at 4k rez).
Also, round-robin-ing your media (so that reading drives aren't simultaneously trying to write).
