Xvid4PSP converts large output files

I like to convert mkv anime files to mp4 with subs using Xvid4PSP to use on my PSVITA but for some time now any anime mkv I convert to mp4 comes with a ridicules file size usually around 900 GB. The large file sizes leave a toll on my PSVITA memory. I've kept converted mp4 files(with a reasonable size) for over a year so I know it hasn't always been like that. Is the problem with XVID4PSP itself or does it lie in one of the codecs?

What video codec settings are using? Fixed bitrate or constant quantizer/quality? Click on the E next to the video encoding dropdown box.

I use XVID4PSP 5. I used the K-lite Full codec pack(most recent version). How do I check my video codecs settings?

So you are using the 2-pass and set the file size but you get too big file size?

Have you checked so the converted video doesn't contain just black at the end? Too long runtime.

I was actually converting several anime mkv vids before realizing the file sizes were too big for all of them.

The top one I converted from XVID4PSP last year and the bottom one I converted very recently. The major difference between the two is with the data rate and the bit rate
