  1. Hello. I need a software that can create DVD PAL from mpeg file. I used DVD santa and Easy dvd creator but DVD is still NTSC. I changed setting at PAL before creating DVD but no result. Help please

AVStoDVD can make either PAL or NTSC DVD's.

If you select PAL that is what you'll get, though if the frame rate of the mpeg is 29.97fps, it might suggest NTSC as a better option.

Thanks anyhow? Did you try it? As I said, if you select PAL format, that is what you will get with AVStoDVD.

From 'Preferences' menu select 'Video' tab. Change 'DVD Video Standard' to 'PAL'

It may also be safe' to untick 'Keep Mpeg2 DVD Compliant Video' although I have never had any issue creating either PAL or, if I want it, an NTSC dvd with the box ticked.

** You MUST set these preferences BEFORE you load any video. **

BTW where is 'home'. If 'home' is Western Europe, practically ALL countries can play NTSC dvds.
