1/ First off, I'm just another (former) user of the software; I can't give you your code, nor refund you.
2/ This is a user forum, not necessarily a good means of contact with the developer/seller.
3/ Try contacting the developer by e-mail, as listed on the website (Support and feedback on the left side).
4/ If that fails, ask Paypal for a refund, as you did not receive what you paid for (items not received). Paypal Claims gives priority to physical, tangible goods that can be shipped, so good luck with arguing over a software key.

    but mostly:
5/ Why would you pay for software without checking with the seller first, when the latest news for said software is from Aug 3, 2011? Four years of inactivity is a very long time in the software world. Would you pay for an abandoned project?

Thanks for taking the time to respond to my post. The points you made make a lot of sense.
