    I've downloaded a movie in divx 5 format, i've also downloaded the codec and the player so i can watch it on my computer. fine so far!!
    I want to convert this to VCD but TMPenc will not open it!! just says it does not recognise it, How can I convert this???

    Try opening the video in VDub and THEN frame serving to TMPGenc.


    I converted a video of mine into DivX5.
