What is the easiest way to run 2 webcams at the same time and then select the audio from one of the webcams?? I want to be able to stream both of these webcams at the same time on a site like Ustream acting as like one feed not 2.

Have you looked at digital surveillance systems? Most handle multi-cameras. Maybe one of those allow uploading to Ustream or their website for viewing. Not sure if those systems work with webcams.
Edited post to add that Logitech used to allow two webcams to work with one computer. You might check them out too.Last edited by TreeTops; 28th Aug 2015 at 22:09.

I figured out how to do it with Xsplit I have the Microsoft Lifecam Studio as the main cam on the screen and the Logitech c615 in the lower right of the screen it only takes up like 1/5 of the box and feed the audio from the c615
