Hi,
I'm trying to figure out the quickest and easiest and most native way to get video off an HD camcorder, either AVCHD or .mp4, do some simple trimming, and then end up with a final video for sharing via dropbox, DVD, or blu-ray, and the video must retain the date and timestamp.
The only options I can think of are
- using iMovie, which could display the timestamp but may take forever doing multiple conversions and/or reduce resolution down from HD to the 920 x 540 or whatever it wants you to do. (Macbook Pro laptop).
- using an Elgato Game Capture HD to capture playback directly from the camcorder and then using the elgato software to make the simple trims/cuts.
Does anyone have any idea which of these methods would work best, if at all, or if there is a better method?
Thank you,
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
