    I'm using the above program with plugin IppRepair but its now been running to remove hardcoded subtitles for 30 mins and its not even 1% yet. why is it so dam slow doing this at this rate the movie will be done in 10 hours lol

    EDIT: now actually been running for 45 minutes not even 1% yet its definitively running as numbers at top moves

    Dunno. This is what I get on an Intel Q6600@2.4 GHz. 10+ fps.

    Use the "Imas Uncaption" plugin instead. Also bundled with AviUtl installer.
    Much faster, but dirtier result.
