  1. Hello, i would like to convert the DVD.iso for a file.mkv and leave it the way it is, with subtitles in right color.

I do not know what it is about these errors because the CSS has been decrypted, and is showing two VOB tracks, despite containing 6.

I'm using a VPS with OpenVZ Debia 7 x64 and can not mount a virtual disk.

If i extract the files.VOB and convert them to .mkv, subtitles are in black and there are some lacks in the video/audio (and in the conversion log). In addition to the disruption of menus.

i run the default HB command, it dont convert and returns some errors.

Is there a way to compress the iso and preserve all DVD structure? Or if it not possible, set a color to subtitles?

    Code:
    # HandBrakeCLI -i dvd.iso -o test.mkv

I don't believe mkv supports menus.
To retain menus and compress you have to do DVD to DVD

Yes, my mistake, but i would like to convert all DVD without needing to extract .VOB from iso file.
These errors indicate that the image iso is corrupt?
And no way to change the color of the subtitle?

    Thanks!

I think that your iso is corrupt.
You might have to extract the VOBs and then put it thru this program, https://www.videohelp.com/software/DVDVob2Mpg to get a clean mpeg. There is no re-encoding, so no quality loss

But it's on a linux vps, I will extract the vobs and convert to mkv in order to download, are 30 iso and would take months to download everything.
After downloading will edit the color of subtitles in the MKV with any tool, I see that there are many on the net.

    Thanks!
