  1. It is really annoying I have to go back with an AVI editor and rejoin the clips which are not always in order.
    How do I configure WinDV to record past 2.52GBs into one big file?

    Click on 'Config' and change the Max Avi Size (Frames) Number.

    Yup. You can do the math or set it really high. Mine is set to 1000000.
