  1. I know there is audio s/w that turns a slow speaker into a faster speaker but still sounds like the person.
Radio programs would use this to make prerecorded interviews run more crisply. Is there similar s/w for slow speakers on video?

    Thanks!

  4. Thanks Johns0... I see now that Audacity answers my question I posted in the Audio forum... regarding how to remove pauses in audio.

But I am also looking for a video solution to editing out pauses between words in video. Is there such an video editing tool?

    Tks!

Why do you need similar s/w if audacity does what you need?

  6. Because Audacity only does audio.

At some places in my video project I will use voice over so Audacity will help with dressing up the audio.
But for other places where the video of the talking head is speaking with pauses... I was wondering if there is a video editing tool that will automatically truncate video frames (pauses) so the speaker appears to speak more crisply. I realize that is a more difficult thing to do but if the talking head is not moving then maybe a tool can do that and not look glitchy??

Nope, there's no program that will do that for you automatically, you have to edit the frames manually with a program such as avidemux.

  8. There have been some attempts to do this using Premiere or After Effects and patching up the video with morph warp (CC 2015.) But none of them work particularly well with on-camera interviews.
