Question why this command to download shuts off internet

Somebody asked to download something using Livestreamer.

livestreamer "hds://https://ec.c.ooyala.com/h2MXZudjrKg2YUQV93N1EQRV2EfUH63x/h2MXZudjrKg2YUQV93N1EQRV2EfUH63x_1.f4m" best -o I-Love-My-Church-It-s-Not-About-Me.flv

However, when I use that code in the command line, I get an error message ( see screenshot) and it also shuts off the internet.
I can change "best" to "worst" , but still shuts off the internet.
