    Hi Everyone,

    I recently installed Sony Vegas 13 Pro, and after creating a project and rendering it, i've been unable to play the rendered 4k file. Any tips? The source file is 4096x2304 at 23.976p and is an mp4. I've aligned the preferences, and created a custom template for the render, but still nothing...

    I should clarify that the render completes 100%, however when i attempt to play back the rendered file, i just get a black screen.

    In additions to budwzr's link you could try a lower render resolution and see if that will play. 1920x1080 for instance. If that works then you know your computer may have problems playing 4k.
