Hi
I have video news website that needs to upload quickly fresh news videos, it is not necessary hd quality videos but I think my pc runs very slowly during rendering.
My Specification:
Windows 7 64-bit
Processor:i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
RAM:32.0 GB
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (4096 MB)
I'm using Sony Vegas Pro 13 and for the following render video settings (Sony AVC/MVC) took me 2:35 mins to complete.
Do you think my pc runs slow or I need to change something?
Also can you please suggest me other software more lightweight as I mention above I need to upload small file size/high quality videos fast n the website and I need software that cuts videos and add a logo
Thank you

What duration of the video that take 2:35min render to complete?

The rendering time is OK for Sony Vegas Pro
Try render with Adobe Premiere CC. -
Use Vegas' debug mode frame server and encode with x264 at the veryfast preset. x264 encodes standard definition video at over 200 frames per second at that setting (about 30 seconds for a 3 minute video) with your CPU. It will probably still give better quality than Vegas' h.264 encoder.
