Oh, for pity's sake, stop abusing this forum with such stupid polling questions! Seriously. You might as well be asking our opinions on a reciprocating saw. A glidecam is a tool, and it can either be the best or worst tool someone can use, given the shooting environment, budget constraints, etc.
Please, please, newpball, find a job, move out of your mom's basement, and spend a little less time messing with this forum. -
newpball....whay donīt you show a little respect for this site and continue with your rants and arguments in the original thread?

OK this TROLL BAITING has gone too far, this is now at the point where you are actually now totally disrespecting and insulting, so i am reporting you and this topic to the forum moderators.
BTW sunshine, it is a $130 Flycam Nano HD from india, so go figure, and stop this petty minded crap.

And next time you want to play these stupid, dumb games, why not also put up a link to the actual device you refer to, put up a link to my Thread, and then why not add your own comments about what you think of these stabilizers, but no, you just make a Thread with a Poll and thats it, you input nothing yourself.

EDIT: oh i see now, there is 1 vote so far, and guess what that vote was for ?
Yep, A WASTE OF MONEY, and guess who made that 1 single vote ?
YEP, our good friend Mr newpball
Take your Troll Baiting antics to another forum, you are not welcome in this forum any more, and i dare say i speak for almost every member who has had to tolerate your stupidity and childishness in this forum.Last edited by glenpinn; 28th Jul 2015 at 23:42.

Guys,just relax,it's ok.
I think,therefore i am a hamster. -
No its not ok, this guy makes a mockery of everything that this forum stands for, and i am surprised by your lack of response at this crap.
Just because this person does not like a particular device that i am buying, does not mean he then has to create a stupid Poll about it, just to entice other members to vote so he can prove a point.
If this is the pathetic attitude of the moderation team, then it just goes to show how bad this forum has become.
If i call him a name, i will get banned, yet he is allowed to roam freely in here to do and say as he wishes, Troll Bait nearly every post we make, and never respond to anything he is asked.
Great attitude, this guy is just a complete disruption to what should be a wonderful place to visit. -
Just tell me exactly what he did wrong?Did he spam a product or abuse people here or just be annoying?
I think,therefore i am a hamster. -
It is very apparent by now that as a moderator, you don't seem to spend much time lurking in this forum, this person is a disruption to this forum, and i think i would have the support of just about every other member who actively takes part in the sections of the forum that this person hangs out in, and surely you can look around you and see exactly what i mean.
He does not have to create new polls every time someone makes a comment, in this case i create a thread about glidecams, he thinks they are rubbish, so he makes a poll to see if everyone else agrees with him.
Take a look up the top, 2 previous posters are basically saying exactly what i think, so if you can't see the disruption and bad spirit he is creating, then you are blind.
I also suggest that other VALUED members just totally IGNORE this Troll Baiting member, he is just a complete PITA
If this was any other forum, he would never get away with it.Last edited by glenpinn; 29th Jul 2015 at 02:29.

I think you are just overreacting to how he operates,as long as he doesn't abuse people people or spam products or endlessly complain then i won't ban him,it might upset you that he can do polls that are nonsense and trivialize issues just as long as he doesn't hurt people, that's what you are trying to do.
I think,therefore i am a hamster. -
I think it's time for newpball to take a break. Way too many polls and "troll" posts.
-
There is no over reaction, he does not have to disrespect me by creating a poll about an item i am going to buy, just as another attempt to troll bait, or incite arguments and debates about stabilizers, all he had to do was continue the debate in my thread, and respond to the very things that we put to him in there, but as always, when presented with the facts, he retaliates in a very negative way, and runs off and starts trouble somewhere else.
Like i told you in my PM, if he did this in any other forum, he would be touted as a Troll and a disruption to the forum, and neither of these traits would be tolerated.
Anyway, i was prepared to quit this forum if he continued his antics, because i am tired of what he is doing.
This will be my final post regarding that member, i will just carry on as usual knowing he will not be here for a while to upset anyone.
Cheers -
He abuses people ALL the time! "Engineers", "Old folks", "smartphone users", "people who won't spend enough money". I can probably name at least 30 posts of his that include disparaging remarks towards them and others.
Plus, nonsensical polls and trivializing issues seriously waters down the quality of this site, to the point where I am having to take a hard look on whether to continue contributing myself. It has gotten quite ridiculous these past few months, what with newpball & marcoroccini (catman), to name just a few.
