dvd shows 0 bytes capacity

All of a sudden after successfully burning mp4 and wmv files to dvd, files appear to burn but after reports 0 bytes used, 0 bytes capacity. This has been reported for many years for different windows versions. All forums replied the reports are wrong. None have stated how to use the DVDs and how to correct the problem. I've used Windows burner, dvd maker, dvd flick, ... to burn. Running win 7.

1: Media brand used
2: Affected drive - dvd burner brand, model and current firmware revision

Without these you might as well be using a magic 8 ball for answers.

Toward end of Imgburn received a message [that I lost] saying to close the dvd manually and then finish with Imgburn. How do I close the dvd manually? Once done, how do I get Imgburn to finish? Below is the end of the log.

It worked; thank you!!! Apparently, the older, built-in ImgBurn with dvd flick doesn't work.
