    Ok...So this is what i did...
    Video>Full Processing Mode
    Audio>Full Processing Mode
    Video>Compression>Divx Mpeg-4 Low-Motion
    Audio>Compression>Divx WMA Audio V2>128 kbs,44khz,Stereo
    Then I Save Avi...And it just sits there....What could be the problem??
