How to lower the pitch of the audio with ffmpeg?

With FFMPEG is what I am trying to accomplish this with.

im sorry I am kinda a ditz I have been trying all day to lower the pitch and only thing I have been able to do that sort of accomplish it was to slow down the audio which I i liked a bit but it sounded a bit computerized.

So if someone can please help me with lowering the pitch of the audio would be great, trust me I looked through the documentation I must of overlooked it or flat out dont understand it.

What I want to achieve is a lower pitch and slow the video/audio down a tab.
