Guys, I need a way to export these files. Want them to be in a usual codec/container format like .TS or something popular without needing to conver them. Any idea?

  2. MXF is a container that can hold many types of media, including at least six different codecs I can think of off the top of my head. Also are these OP-atom or OP-1a? What's the source of these files? Much more information needed.

I don't know more details at this moment. I just want to change it into mkv, .ts or a much popular format.

  5. Fortunately, it's run-of-the-mill XDCam (though it only has 2 rather than standard 8 audio tracks.)

Your file should play properly as-is with ordinary players like MPC-HC and VLC. Have you tried simply changing the extension to .ts?

If you convert to .mkv you may need to change the audio tracks to AAC. (MKVToolnix does not recognize the PCM tracks on my 8-channel sample.)

Ffmpeg as selur suggested, can do whatever is necessary.
