Since I do not do a lot of video conversion and encoding, I would like to get hints from you guys.

I will have a LOT of small video files to add watermark to. The input video files will be 720p videos. I can provide the input video files in any format.

The encoder will have to take all the videos included in a folder and add a watermark to it with a specific .png 720p image file, and save the videos to another folder. Here are the features I am searching for the encoder:
-I want the output format to be h.264 mp4
-I would love to have gpu acceleration using cuda if possible, but not a must.
-I must be able to provide a .png (or other image format) with alpha channel to add as a watermark over all the videos
-It must batch encode and add the watermark to all the videos in a specific folder
-I do not care to use command line instead of a graphical interface to encode
-I do not mind paying for a licence for the encoder, but I would like to be able to use it on many computer as portable software if possible (I have access to 26 i7 computers with equipped with nvidia cuda cards but can not install any software on these computers).

Do you guys have any suggestions on what to use ?

    Thank you very much

Have you tried latest ffmpeg and see how the logo filter works? You can then make a batch conversion script.

    Why put watermarks on videos?

  4. ffmpeg (with a batch script) or Hybrid (with little adjustments to make it portable) should both be up for the task.
