    Hi I have an NTSC cam and a Pal Tv card I want to record my videos to computer but its showing in NTSC fromat i mean black and white i can just record like that is there any program that converts black & white to coloured thanks .

    That is not possible. Think about it. I mean, what program is going to know exactly what colours everything should be?

    If you capture NTSC in PAL no way it is possible. Doesn't your tv card have NTSC option? I'm saying this because I'm in europe but I have an NTSC vcr from canada. I'm using my TV MAX capture card to capture. It has a PAL tuner but I can choose any system in composite. So I capture in NTSC and then I use TMPGENC do convert to PAL.

    Read this. If you are able to capture in NTSC and want to convert to PAL you may use this guide.
